The project is implemented by Stars Of Hope and supported by District Administartive Centre Gangtok and Sun Pharma Laboratories Limited Sikkim.
Terms and Conditions : Registrations are open to all applicants without restriction; however, only 200 candidates meeting the eligibility and selection criteria will be chosen. Applicants must be Sikkimese with valid ID proof, with preference given to SSC, COI, or RC holders. Individuals of any age may apply, though priority will be given to those aged 18 and above. Early applicants demonstrating genuine interest, motivation, and commitment will be prioritized. Selected candidates must attend a minimum of eight (8) mandatory workshops over four (4) months, each lasting three (3) hours. Participants will receive guidance from experienced entrepreneurs and experts to develop and refine their business ideas and prepare a Detailed Project Report (DPR) for potential future funding. Those with at least 90% attendance and active participation may be invited to present their ideas to an expert committee, which will select 20 individuals for an extended two-month mentorship, including one-on-one support to improve market readiness. All shared business ideas will remain confidential and will not be disclosed without written consent. No funding or reimbursements will be provided at any stage; participants are responsible for all personal expenses.
